Thoughts from a very busy week:
The end of school is so so busy and full of lunches, dinners, and receptions -- not easy for a person on a Diabetes Prevention Program. Group exercise classes are very hard when you are out of shape!!! Why is water aerobics so much easier than the on the floor class??? Darn men - Bob is already down 20 lbs.
Thanks to the Omaha Easter bunny for a wonderful book. I absolutely loved "The Evolution of Calpurnia Tate" -- really a must read. I also had that very special relationship with both of my Grandpa's and it is one of the most special relationships in the world.
Does anything smell better than a meatloaf cooking?? Settled Grandpa Hugh into the Reniassance House in Dillon today. He was welcomed by many familiar faces. After spending 54 years in this small community it was good for him to come home to a place where he still is know. This week has certainly showed one of the greatest advantages of a small rural community as we have had so much help in preparation for the move. He was very up as we left him sitting at a table of people he knew eating homemade meatloaf and real mashed potatoes.
Snowing since last Thursday - don't the weather gods know it is May 1. In a big blizzard over the Malad pass last night. The positive is that it will help us have a fabulous "green-up".
Looking forward to one more busy eating week, graduation, sunshine and starting on summer projects and routines.
Love skype and will get set up here soon. PomPom and Gm. Martha loved seeing Em & Loren/Kay and all the bouncing kids. Fuller's picked up a camera today so we will get to see all those cuties real soon. Feeling blessed by our smart, talented, beautiful family.
Hot bubble bath sounding great.
